Caregivers Training

Inaugurated on 11 July 2006, Centre For Seniors is a non-profit, voluntary welfare organisation that is committed to promoting the total well-being of seniors in Singapore, particularly their vocational, financial and psycho-social well-being.

Shaped by our vision of a Singapore in which seniors enjoy their rightful place in the family, community and nation, the Centre For Seniors advocates positive attitudes towards older persons by fostering an inclusive, elder-friendly culture in society and in the workplace.

Specifically, the centre focuses on developing and delivering high quality training programmes for older adults that promote their continuous employment; in recognition of their experience, skills and abilities. In addition, the seniors will also benefit from engaging in active employment, such as financial security and social integration. In tandem with that, it offers training programmes for human resource personnel, management and union leaders to enhance their knowledge and skills to manage older workers more effectively.
