Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve
…where mangroves and wetland wildlife strives



Interested to experience a walk through the mangrove without getting your feet wet or muddy? Or wonder at the wealth of wetland wildlife like mudskippers, spiders, fishes, tree-climbing crabs and monitor lizards. How about spotting resident and migratory birds like kingfishers and sandpipers?

Here is your chance to experience a unique wetland adventure. Sign-up for a free Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve guided walk with your family during this Active Ageing Festival. To qualify, you must sign up with a senior (45 years and above). Limited to 40 persons only!

Time: 9.30am – 11am

Meeting Point: Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve Visitor Centre
(Each participant will receive a bottle of mineral water)


Friendly Tips
Dress in comfortable clothes in neutral colours and put on comfortable walking shoes. Bring along a hat, binoculars, drinking water, insect repellent, notebook and pen.

Getting There
Take a taxi, or a bus (From Kranji MRT Station: Take Service 925 which stops at the entrance on Sundays and Public Holidays; on other days, alight at Kranji Reservoir car park, follow the signs and take a leisurely 15-minute walk. Or hop on the hourly Kranji Express which stops at the entrance).
