Guided Autobiography
Facilitator: John, Cheng Lian Seah
Duration: 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours (every Monday)
The current series commenced on 29 October, 2007.
Participants: Customized for participants aged 50 and above
Course fees: $50 for 8 sessions

Course Objective:
The course strives to provide a mentally stimulating platform for seniors to recollect and relate their life experiences.

Course Summary:
The course will be organized in small groups of 8 to 12 persons per session to facilitate quality sharing from members.

The discussion topics are senior-focused, including prospects of ageing and experiences of overcoming life challenges. The groups will be facilitated towards challenging old ideas and adopting new ones. They will be encouraged to draw on each other's knowledge and experiences on pertinent issues of their life stages.

Such sharing will stimulate mutual understanding and support; and promote strengthened community bonding and social support.
