Active! Lifestyle

As we age, it is important to maintain an active lifestyle. One of the ways to stay mentally agile is to continually stimulate your mind through challenges.

At Centre For Seniors, we encourage older persons to pursue lifelong learning as a lifestyle so as to keep their minds and bodies active. The Logic9 workshop is part of the Active! Program that we have created especially for you. The workshop is designed to give you endless hours of fun and challenges.

How Does Logic9 Benefit You?
Logic9 is suitable for people of all ages, especially seniors. It helps to exercise your mind and strengthen your memory, keeping you mentally astute.

What is Logic9 ?
Logic9 is a version of the popular puzzle, Sudoku, which is a craze around the world.

It is created by our trainer,
Mr Tan Kin Lian. The game has varying levels of mastery. Apart from using numbers, the game can be played with pictures and colours.

The puzzle contains a total of 81 squares arranged in a 9 X 9 grid. You have to fill in the blanks with the numbers 1 to 9, so that there is no repetition in any row, column or box (3X3 squares). The sequence of numbers is random.
