Seniors Employability Programmes™ (SEP)
As life expectancies increase, it is important for older persons to maintain active lifestyles that promote physical and mental health. Engaging in active employment is one such avenue.

The Seniors Employability Programmes™ (SEP) are specially designed to facilitate, promote and enable older employees to remain in active employment for as long as possible. The Seniors Employment Guidance™ (SEG) programme is the key programme under SEP. It encompasses three aspects of employability including:

  • Training for mature employees or those considering career changes.
  • Employment counselling.
  • Assistance in job placement.


Who Should Attend

  • Mature Employees aged 50 and above
  • Human Resource Personnel and / or Union Leaders
